HE staining

Oil red staining is mainly the specific staining of intracellular lipid droplets. The stained lipid droplets are shown by the dark spots in the oil red staining diagram. The results of oil red staining histopathological examination show that compared with the model control group(G2), positive staining of lipid droplets in Kylo-01 dose group(G3, G4, G5) is significantly reduced, the number of lipid droplets decreases significantly, and shows a significant dose-effect response.

Hepatic lobular central steatosis forms fat vacuoles of varying sizes in hepatocytes, with small vacuoles as the mainstay, and after HE staining, forms light spots in the HE staining map as shown above. Histopathological examination of HE staining sections showed that the degree of hepatic steatosis in the Kylo-01 dose group (G3, G4, G5) was significantly lower than that in the model control group (G2), and hepatic vacuoles caused by steatosis observed in liver sections were significantly reduced, and showed a significant dose response.
